UTS Ensemble in Residence, the Australia Piano Quartet, will produce Soundscapes, a sonic response to artworks in The Watters Gift, focusing on works that celebrate landscapes and the transcendent beauty of the Australian natural environment. Members of the quartet will connect from London, Adelaide and from UTS Gallery, in a series of performances of celebrated works by Australian composers including Peter Sculthorpe, Frederick Septimus Kelly, Elena Kats-Chernin, Ross Edwards and Felicity Wilcox. The performances will be scheduled weekly and will be available on the UTS Gallery and Art Collection website.
