A one-night only screening of the acclaimed documentary The Look of Silence, presented by UTS ART in partnership with Golden Age Cinema & Bar. Programmed as part of Leyla Stevens‘ new solo exhibition, Their Sea is Always Hungry, this powerful story from Oscar-nominated documentarian Joshua Oppenheimer follows an optometrist named Adi, a survivor of the 1965 Indonesian genocide, as he confronts the men who murdered his brother.

This screening will be introduced by Sarinah Masukor, a Sydney-based writer and filmmaker. She currently teaches in the UTS School of Design.
